Our Website enables instructors to share and deliver educational content, while students can enroll in programs, access learning resources, and connect with mentors. Users may subscribe to our Services and access WSchool AI materials such as documents, videos, and other resources for personal, non-commercial use under a limited, non-transferable license. Please note that WSchool AI functions only as a platform between instructors and students; we do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or performance of third-party content. All materials are provided on an “as is” basis, and access to Services is limited to the duration specified at the time of enrollment.

Services purchased or subscribed are provided solely for your benefit and cannot be shared or transferred to third parties. All subscriptions are non-transferable. Only the registered individual or entity is allowed to access the Services.

Instructors

If you are an Instructor, you are solely responsible for the quality and authenticity of the content you share, including lectures, exercises, assignments, quizzes, projects, announcements, and supporting resources (“Instructor Content”). WSchool AI does not edit or monitor this content but may remove any Instructor Content that violates our Terms, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws. All Instructor Content must respect copyright and intellectual property rules. You agree that we hold no responsibility for verifying the authenticity or legality of Instructor Content. Any risks or damages arising from accessing Instructor Content are solely the responsibility of the Instructor or the User accessing it. Instructors must ensure that the material they provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on third-party rights. WSchool AI is not liable for the quality, accuracy, or impact of Instructor Content.

Payment Terms

WSchool AI Services are provided on a subscription basis. Subscription fees (“Fees”) are displayed on the Website and may vary depending on the Service or program selected.

• For Students: A fixed subscription fee is payable for programs, courses, or Services. Some add-ons, such as self-assessments or premium materials, may incur additional charges.

• For Instructors: Access may be subject to fees per enrolled student or for additional features such as course materials and assessments.

Fees are payable in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD (US Dollars). All payments must be made directly to WSchool AI through our designated payment systems. Payments made outside these channels (e.g., directly to Instructors) will not be recognized, and WSchool AI will not be liable for such transactions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if Fees are unpaid or incomplete.

When paying through third-party gateways, you agree to their terms and conditions, including any processing or convenience fees. WSchool AI is not liable for payment failures caused by - Lack of authorization, Bank or provider-imposed limits, or Technical/payment issues outside our control. Payment terms and pricing may be updated periodically at our discretion, and such changes will be communicated on the Website.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, available on the WSchool AI Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

Use of Services

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to our Services. However, you acknowledge that WSchool AI is an intermediary platform, and our role is limited to connecting instructors and students.

By registering, you agree to receive important updates, service-related notifications, and occasional promotional communications through email or WhatsApp. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time, but essential service notifications will continue.

You also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (including information related to minors, where applicable) in line with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, videos, documents, graphics, and materials made available by WSchool AI (“Company Materials”) are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All Services and materials are provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties regarding accuracy, fitness, or completeness. WSchool AI does not guarantee specific results, exam performance, or outcomes from any course, nor are we responsible for the accuracy or conduct of instructors or other users. Our maximum liability, in any case, will not exceed the fees you paid in the previous month for the specific Service in question. Additionally, we are not liable for delays, outages, or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet issues, natural disasters, or pandemics.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with one arbitrator mutually appointed. Arbitration proceedings will be confidential, and the decision will be final and binding.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply. External links or advertisements on the Website are provided for convenience only, and WSchool AI is not responsible for their content or practices. These Terms may be updated periodically, and by continuing to use our Services, you agree to accept any such changes.
